Most problems users encounter are due to operating errors. So, if you have a problem, first check this list for a possible solution.

Disconnect the lead wire(CW 801, 3P) on the Phones P. C. Board(e) from connector(CN 401) on the Amp P. C. Board(h). 8. Remove 1 screw(I) of Chas
