Critical Components Information Components having special characteristics are marked Z and must be replaced with parts having specifications equal to those originally installed. 2. Leakage Current Measurement (For 12

10、0V Models Only) When service has been completed, it is imperative to verify that all exposed conductive surfaces are properly insulated from supply circuits. GMeter impedance should be equivalent to 1500 ohm shunted by 0.15F. AC LEAKAGE TESTER OR EQUIVALENT EQUIPMENT UNDER TEST INSULATING TABLE WALL

11、 OUTLET GLeakage current must not exceed 0.5mA. GBe sure to test for leakage with the AC plug in both polarities. WARNING: CHEMICAL CONTENT NOTICE! For updating the firmware, use the recovery CD and ex- ecute it via the network from MCX-1000

Items required Recovery CD MCX-1000 Ethernet Hub CAT-5 Straight Cable, 2 pcs TV monitor Video cable Preparation Execute updating of MCX-1000 in advance. For the details, refer to UPDATING FIRMWARE in the

43、 MCX-1000 Service Manual. After replacing the CORE P.C.B. or IC11, perform the re- covery procedure as follows. 1) Enter the system ID. For the details, refer to ENTERING SYSTEM ID (p. 13-15). 2) Update the firmware. For the details, refer to UPDATING FIRMWARE (p. 9-12). 3) Reset the system as follo

44、ws. a. Keep pressing the “TOP MENU” key for 2 seconds, and the TOP MENU is displayed. b. Using the “CONTROLLER” key, select the menu items as follows. Setup System System reset c. The System Reset screen appears. d. Press the “PLAY” key. This resets MCX-A10 and restores the factory set- ting of para

45、meters. Operation To operate MCX-1000, use the keys of the main unit while watching the TV monitor screen. To operate MCX-A10, use the keys of the main

48、unit while watching the screen of the main unit. 1) Turn on the power to MCX-1000 and MCX-A10. 2) Reset MCX-1000. a. Press the “TOP MENU” key. Then the TOP MENU is displayed. b. Using the “CONTROLLER” key, select the menu items as follows. System Setup System Utility System Reset c. Using the “CONTR

49、OLLER” key, set the cursor to “Yes” and press the “CONTROLLER” key. d. After resetting, the System Utility screen appears again. e. Turn the power to MCX-1000 OFF/ON. 3) Reset MCX-A10. a. Keep pressing the “TOP MENU” key for 2 seconds, and TOP MENU is displayed. b. Using the “CONTROLLER” key, select the menu items as follows. Setup System System Reset c. Press the “PLAY” key.
