16、ter the stand-by mode.2Press the CLOCK button.3Within 5 seconds, press the MEMORY/SET button.4Press the TUNING/TIME ( or ) button to select the timedisplay mode.“AM 12:00” The 12-hour display will appear.(AM 12:00 - PM 11:59)“AM 0:00”The 12-hour display will appear.(AM 0:00 - PM 11:59)“0:00”The 24-h
17、our display will appear.(0:00 - 23:59)G Note that this can only be set when the unit is first in-stalled or it has been reset. 5Press the MEMORY/SET button.6Press the TUNING/TIME () button to adjust the hour.G Press the TUNING/TIME () button once to ad-vance the time by 1 hour. Hold it down to advan
18、ce con-tinuously.G When the 12-hour display is selected, “AM” will changeautomatically to “PM”.7Press the MEMORY/SET button.8Press the TUNING/TIME () button to adjust the min-utes.G Press the TUNING/TIME () button once to ad-vance the time by 1 minute. Hold it down to change thetime in 5 minute inte
19、rvals.G The hour setting will not advance even if minutes advancefrom “59” to “00”.9Press the MEMORY/SET button.G The clock starts operating from “0” second.(Seconds are not displayed.)And then the clock display will disappear after a few sec-onds.To see the time display:Press the CLOCK button.G The
20、 time display will appear for about 5 seconds.Note:G The clock display will flash on and off at the push of theCLOCK button when the AC power supply is restored aftera power failure occurs or after the AC power lead is discon-nected.If this happens, follow the procedure below to change theclock time

Change the lighting or the directionof the unit.G Keep the remote control away from moisture, excessive heat,shock, and vibrations.PREPARATION FOR USERESETTING THE MICROCOMPUTERReset the microcomputer under the following con-ditions:G To erase all of the stored
24、memory contents (clock and timersettings, and tuner and CD presets).G If the display is not correct.G If the operation is not correct.1Press the ON/STAND-BY button to enter the stand-by mode.2Whilst pressing down the button and the X-BASS/DEMO button, hold down the ON/STAND-BY button for atleast 1 s
