7、l, kitchen sink,laundry tub, in a wet basement, or near a swimming pool,and the like.6.Carts and Stands - The appliance should be used only with acart or stand that is recommended by the manufacturer.An appliance and cart combination should be moved withcare. Quick stops, excessive force, and uneven
8、 surfacesmay cause the appliance and cart combination to overturn.7.Wall or Ceiling Mounting - The appliance should be mountedto a wall or ceiling only as recommended by the manufac-turer.8.Ventilation - The appliance should be situated so that its lo-cation or position does not interfere with its p
9、roper ventila-tion. For example, the appliance should not be situated on abed, sofa, rug, or similar surface that may block the ventila-tion openings; or, placed in a built-in installation, such as abookcase or cabinet that may impede the flow of air throughthe ventilation openings.9.Heat - The appl

11、appliance.11.Grounding or Polarization - The precautions that should betaken so that the grounding or polarization means of an appli-ance is not defeated.12.Power Cord Protection - Power supply cords should be routedso that they are not likely to be walked on or pinched by itemsplaced upon or agains
12、t them, paying particular attention tocords at plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point wherethey exit from the appliance.13.Cleaning - The appliance should be cleaned only as recom-mended by the manufacturer.14.Nonuse Periods - The power cord of the appliance should beunplugged from the outlet
13、 when left unused for a long periodof time.15.Object and Liquid Entry - Care should be taken so that objectsdo not fall and liquids are not spilled into the enclosurethrough openings.16.Damage requiring Service - The appliance should be servicedby qualified service personnel when:A.The power supply
14、cord or the plug has been damaged;orB.Objects have fallen, or liquid has been spilled into theappliance; orC.The appliance has been exposed to rain; orD.The appliance does not appear to operate normally orexhibits a marked changed in performance; orE.The appliance has been dropped, or the enclosure
