11、tems memory ormicroprocessor.To correct this problem, first unplug the unit fromthe AC wall outlet and wait at least three min-utes. After the pause, reconnect the AC powercord and check the units operation. If the systemstill malfunctions, a system reset may clear theproblem.To clear the AVR 7500s
12、entire system memoryincluding tuner presets, output level settings,delay times and speaker configuration data, firstput the unit in Standby by pressing the SystemPower Control button 2. Next, press theTone Mode8and the RDSbuttons simul-taneously.The unit will turn on automatically and displaythe RES
13、ET message in the MainInformation Display Y.Note that once youhave cleared the memory in this manner,it is nec-essary to re-establish all system configurationsettings and tuner presets.NOTE: Resetting the processor will erase anyconfiguration settings you have made for speak-ers, output levels, surr
14、ound modes, digital inputassignments as well as the tuner presets.After areset the unit will be returned to the factory pre-sets, and all settings for these items must bereentered.If the system is still operating incorrectly, theremay have been an electronic discharge or severeAC line interference t
