Undgå udsaettelse for stråling.1-6Figure 1DISMANTLING INSTRUCTIONS2-1 2-11) Loosen 4 screws and remove the Cover Top (pos 255) bysliding it out towards the rear before lifting up.- 2 screws on the rear- 1 screw each on the left & right side2) Loosen 2 screws each to remove the Panel Left (pos 253)and Panel Right (pos 254). The Panels are remove bysliding it towards the rear and outwards.- 1 screw on the side- 1 screw on the rear1) Remove 2 screws A (pos 226) as shown in Figure 5 fromthe bottom of the Cabinet Front (pos 101).2) Release the fixation of the Combi Board (pos 1101-1001)to Bracket Combi (pos 252) by releasing the 2 catches C2(see Figure 6) and pulling the board outwards as shown inFigure 7.3) Uncatch 2 catches C1 (see Figure 6) on the left & rightsides of the Cabinet Front (pos 101) and slides the FrontPanel assembly out towards the front.4) Remove 2 screws B (pos 225) as shown in Figure 8 toremove the Universal Loader (pos 1109).Detaching the Front Panel assembly from the Bottom/Rear assembly3) Take a paper clip or any stiff wire diameter of 1mm-1.5mmand make a marking about 40mm from the tip as shown inFigure 1.4) Place the set in the position as shown in Figure 2 and insertthe paper clip or stiff wire into the hole on the Left side ofthe Cabinet Front (pos 101).5) With the marking just outside the hole on the Cabinet Front(pos 101) as shown in Figure 3, you have to feel and givea push to unlock the tray of the Universal Loader beforesliding it out.6) With the tray of the Universal Loader opened, remove theCover Tray (pos 158) as shown in Figure 4.Opening of the Universal Loader Tray manually & Dismantling of the Cover TrayFigure 2Figure 3 Figure 4Figure 8Figure 5Figure 7Figure 62-2 2-2Dismantling of the Front Panel assembly1) Loosen 3 screws D (see Figure 9) to remove the ControlBoard (pos 1107-B).2) Loosen 2 screws E (see Figure 9) to remove the ECOStandby Board (pos 1107-D).3) Loosen 4 screws F (see Figure 9) to remove the VolumeBoard (pos 1107-H).4) Loosen 2 screws G (see Figure 9) to remove the BracketCombi (pos 252).5) Loosen 2 screws H (see Figure 10) to remove theHeadphone Board (pos 1107-F).6) Loosen 6 screws J (see Figure 11) to remove the DisplayBoard (pos 1107-A).7) Loosen 4 screws K (see Figure 12) to remove the ShuttleBoard (pos 1107-G).8) Loosen 2 screws L (see Figure 12) to remove the LCDInterconnect Board (pos 1107-J).Dismantling of the Rear Panel1) Loosen 2 screws N (see Figure 14) and 2 screws P (seeFigure 15) to remove the Internet Audio Module and theBar (pos 261).2) Loosen 3 screws Q and 2 catches C3 (see Figure 15) toremove the Tuner Board assembly.3) Loosen 1 screw S (see Figure 15) to free the MainsSocket Board from the Panel Rear (pos 256).4) Loosen 5 screws R and 2 catches C4 (see Figure 15) toremove the Panel Rear (pos 256) by sliding it out towardsthe rear.Figure 9Figure 10Figure 11Figure 12Figure 139) Loosen 1 screws V (see Figure 12) to remove the InfraReceiver Board (pos 1107-E).10)Loosen 2 screws M (see Figure 13) to remove the LCDBack Light Board (pos 1107-C).Figure 14Figure 152-3 2-3Service Positions & Repair Hints1) During repair it is possible to disconnect the ECO6 TunerBoard completely unless the fault is suspected to be inthat area. This will not affect the performance of the restof the set.2) Care should be taken not to damage or tear the LCDModule Cable during repair (see Figure 18 & Figure 19).The LCD Module Cable may be damage or tear as shownin Figure 20 if too much force is applied when removingthe Black Tape during repair.Note: The flex cables are very fragile, care should be takennot to damage them during repair. When the stored information in the memoryhas been cleared, the display will shows “FACTORY RESET“.
