In case problems remain, the customeris requested to contact the workshop directly. The lens cleaning (method 3) should be mentioned in theaddendum sheet. The final wording in national language as well as the printingis under responsibility of the Regional Service Organizations.4LIQUID LENS CLEANINGBecause the material of the lens is synthetic and coatedwith a special anti-reflectivity layer, cleaning must be donewith a non-aggressive cleaning fluid. It is advised to use“Cleaning Solvent The actuator is a very precise mechanical component andmay not be damaged in order to guarantee its full function.Clean the lens gently (dont press too hard) with a soft andclean cotton bud moistened with the special lens cleaner. The direction of cleaning must be in the way as indicated inthe picture below. Before touching the lens it is advised to clean thesurface of the lens by blowing clean air over it.This to avoid that little particles make scratches onthe lens.INSTRUCTIONS ON CD PLAYABILITY2 - 2BLOCK DIAGRAM3-1 3-1WIRING DIAGRAM4-1 4-1DISPLAY BOARDCON9REM1D23CON12CON13CON11CON14J5J701CON3J12CON4CON8CON201CON108J702CON5CON2CON7CON1POWER/AMP BOARDCON6 JACK1SPEAKER JACK BOARDMAIN BOARDCON10JK1JK2CDM (SANYO DA11B3VZ)SPEAKER JACK5-1 5-1DISASSEMBLY DIAGRAMBOTTOM CAB.Dismantling of the Bottom CabinetDismantling of the Front Cabinet and PCB Board.ABC ED1)Remove 2 screws A as indicated.2)Remove 6 screws B as indicated to loosen the Bottom Cabinet. 1)Remove 2 screws C as indicated to loosen the Front Cabinet.2)Remoce 9 screws D as indicated to loosen the Display Board.3)Remove 2 screws E as indicated to loosen the Main Board.CIRCUIT DIAGRAM - MAIN BOARDPART16-1 6-1
