In case problems remain, the customeris requested to contact the workshop directly. The lens cleaning (method 3) should be mentioned in theaddendum sheet. The final wording in national language as well as the printingis under responsibility of the Regional Service Organizations.4LIQUID LENS CLEANINGBecause the material of the lens is synthetic and coatedwith a special anti-reflectivity layer, cleaning must be donewith a non-aggressive cleaning fluid. It is advised to use“Cleaning Solvent The actuator is a very precise mechanical component andmay not be damaged in order to guarantee its full function.Clean the lens gently (dont press too hard) with a soft andclean cotton bud moistened with the special lens cleaner. The direction of cleaning must be in the way as indicated inthe picture below. Before touching the lens it is advised to clean thesurface of the lens by blowing clean air over it.This to avoid that little particles make scratches onthe lens.INSTRUCTIONS ON CD PLAYABILITY2 - 2DISASSEMBLY DIAGRAM VIEWPART 13 - 1 3 - 13 - 23 - 2DISASSEMBLY DIAGRAM VIEWPART 23CDC CD LoaderPICK-UP MECHASANYO : DA-11VF4 CHMOTOR DRIVER(BA5826)ROHMRF AMP+SSP+DSP(BU9543)PLL Tuner(SANYOLC72131+TA1823or Panasonic TM10)MCS LOGIC BX8800MP3/WMA En/De + MCU +USB/CARDSOUND CONTROLSW+VOL+EQ(TDA7468 or/PT2314)POWER AMPTDA8920AUXDISPLAYVFDUSB/SDMMCNOR FLASHSST39VF400ASDRAM16MbitPort Expander74HC4094VFD DRIVERPT6315SpectrumanalyzersLED controllerfor Light Box(May use)MUX74VC157ADCCE2632Karaoke( use standardFWM582 Karaokeboard)SET BLOCK DIAGRAM4 - 1 4 - 1SET WIRING DIAGRAM4 - 2 4- 2
