The arrowindicates the current selected music.Notes: Toensure good system performance, wait untilthe disc tray completely reads the disc beforeproceeding.For MP3-CD, the disc reading time may exceed10 seconds due to the large number of songscompiled into one disc.CD / VCD / MP3-CDPlaying a normal disc1Press 2Åto start playback.The track number and elapsed playing time ofthe current track appear on the display.lTointerrupt playback,press 2Å.The playing time will start flashing.lTo resume playback,press 2Åagain.2To stop playback,press 9.Selecting a desired track/passageToselect a desired tracklPress Sor Trepeatedly (or digits 0 9,+10on the remote control) until the desiredtrack appears on the display.lIf playback is stopped,press ÉÅto startplayback.Tosearch for a particular passage duringplaybacklPress and hold Sor Tand release it whenthe desired passage is located. During searching,the volume will be reduced.For MP3-CD onlyTo select a desired AlbumlPress and hold Sor Tuntil the desiredAlbum number appear on the display.“AXX T001”will be displayed and the albumname will scroll through the display briefly.On TV screen,the arrow will moveforward/backward in the ALBUM menu.To select a desired TracklPress Sor Trepeatedly to select a desiredtrack from the current Album.“A01 TXXX”will be displayed and the trackname will scroll through the display briefly.On TV screen,the arrow will moveforward/backward in the TRACK menu.lUse the digital keys on the remote control to select the track under current Album directly.Toselect and playback another trackduring playback mode1Press Sor Trepeatedly to select anothertrack.The current track continues screen,“PXXAXXTXX?”and“PROGRAM”will be displayed.2Press and hold S/ Tto select the desiredALBUM and press S/ Trepeatedly (ordigits 0 9, +10on the remote control) toselect the desired TRACK for programming.3Press PROGRAMto store the selection.“PXX OK”will appear on the display brieflyand the programmed album and track numberwill be displayed.PROGwill remain on the display.lRepeat steps 1to display.2Toexit shuffle mode, press SHUFFLE (VCD)again or 9.SHUFFLEwill disappear from the display.Note: If the Shuffle function enabled, and the Repeatfunction is set on, will disable the Shuffle play mode.Repeat You can play the current track or the whole discrepeatedly.1During CD Playing or Pause mode,pressREPEATon the remote control or REPEAT/DEMOon the system to select REPEAT 1 orREPEAT ensure that the setis switched to corresponding PAL or NTSCsystem of your TV set (exception Multi systemTV).lPress NTSC/PALon the remote control toswitch between NTSC and PAL TV system.After TV system is selected,the set willautomatically switch to the last TV system settingevery time the VCD source is selected.OSD On Screen DisplayIf you insert VCD/CD, your TV screen will serveas an additional display for messages (e.g.PLAY,STOP),and information stored on the VCD/CD.lPress OSDon the remote control or OSD/DIMon the system repeatedly to select viewingvarious information.The current track and current /remainingtime in the track/disc appear on the display.Playing a Video CD with PBCVCD with PBC (Playback Control) will be indicated on the display of the set and on yourTV screen as soon as they are inserted.PBC is apredefined play sequence stored on the VCD.1Switch on the TV, insert a VCD with PBC.2Menu appears on the TV screen.If the menu consists of a list of titles,youcan select a sequence directly1Press digits 0 9, +10on the remote controlto select your choice.The VCD starts playing of the selectedsequence automatically.2Press RETURNon the remote control to goback to the previous menu.Note: If a menu consists of more than one page, pressS/ Tto go through the pages.Switching off PBClIn stop mode, press PBC.On TV screen,“PBC OFF”will be displayed.Notes: Programme mode is not available whenever PBCmode is switched on.
