In case problems remain, the customeris requested to contact the workshop directly. The lens cleaning (method 3) should be mentioned in theaddendum sheet. The final wording in national language as well as the printingis under responsibility of the Regional Service Organizations.4LIQUID LENS CLEANINGBecause the material of the lens is synthetic and coatedwith a special anti-reflectivity layer, cleaning must be donewith a non-aggressive cleaning fluid. It is advised to use“Cleaning Solvent The actuator is a very precise mechanical component andmay not be damaged in order to guarantee its full function.Clean the lens gently (dont press too hard) with a soft andclean cotton bud moistened with the special lens cleaner. The direction of cleaning must be in the way as indicated inthe picture below. Before touching the lens it is advised to clean thesurface of the lens by blowing clean air over it.This to avoid that little particles make scratches onthe lens.INSTRUCTIONS ON CD PLAYABILITY2 - 2BLOCK DIAGRAM3-1 3-1CD SERVO BU9543RLRRMLC3895 144pin QFPINPUTRC5/RC6 CODEVFDPT6315& KEY PARTMAIN L/RINPUTSENSOR16M SDRAM8M SERIAL FALSH SST29VF080BPICK UPMOTORADC WM87823CDCDRIVER ICTDA7073AMUX74LVC157AUXTUENRPACK MICROPHONEUSB/SDMOTOR DRIVER BA5826IICMUL-L/RIICPCMBCK,LRCK,DATEPCMCD L/RTUNER L/RCONTROL DATACD PCM BCK,LRCK,DATETDA8954*2FUNCTION IC TDA7468D3CD LOADERTDA8954*1SUB/R2*250W1*300WAMP BOARDMAIN BOARDKEY CONTROL BOARDSOUND KEY CONTROL BOARDVOLUME CONTROL BOARDVFD BOARDMCU BOARDSD BOARDCD MECHANICCLOSE/OPEN-MOTOR BOARD 3CDC-MOTOR BOARDTUNER BOARDCD BOARDPOWER SUPPLYPOWER CONNECTWIRING DIAGRAM4-1 4-1Dismantling of Rear Portion1)Remove 9 screws A and 14 screws B/C as indicated to loosen the outer plate.2)Remove 3 screws D as indicated to loosen the Rear portion .5-1 5-1A B CD1)Slide out the CDC Tray as shown in the diagram below with the help of a flat head screw driver.Dismantling of the CDC Module2)Remove the Cover Tray CDC as indicated.3)Loosen 2 screws E and 2 screws F to remove the CDC Module as indicated.Sliding Out The CDC TrayRemove Cover Tray CDCFRear PortionEDISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONSDismantling of the PCB Board1)Remove 2 screws A and 3 screws E&F as indicated to loosen the Main Board.2)Remove 2 screws B as indicated to loosen the Tuner Module.3)Remove 8 screws C and 4 screws G as indicated to loosen the Amp Board.4)Remove 4 screws D as indicated to loosen the AC Board.AB C EFDGH5)Remove 6 screws H and 3 PCB Spacer I as indicated to loosen the Switch Power Board.6)Remove 9 screws J as indicated to loosen the Display Board.7)Remove 12 screws K as indicated to loosen the Volume Board.JIK5-2 5-2
