but no fault was found. The problem was obviously caused by a scratched, dirty orcopy-protected CD. In case problems remain, the customeris requested to contact the workshop directly. The lens cleaning (method 3) should be mentioned in theaddendum sheet. The final wording in national language as well as the printingis under responsibility of the Regional Service Organizations.4LIQUID LENS CLEANINGBecause the material of the lens is synthetic and coatedwith a special anti-reflectivity layer, cleaning must be donewith a non-aggressive cleaning fluid. It is advised to use“Cleaning Solvent The actuator is a very precise mechanical component andmay not be damaged in order to guarantee its full function.Clean the lens gently (dont press too hard) with a soft andclean cotton bud moistened with the special lens cleaner. The direction of cleaning must be in the way as indicated inthe picture below. Before touching the lens it is advised to clean thesurface of the lens by blowing clean air over it.This to avoid that little particles make scratches onthe lens.INSTRUCTIONS ON CD PLAYABILITY2 - 2BLOCK DIAGRAM3-1MOTO DRIVER SA5888OPTICAL PICKUPDR-28FDVD-DSPSPHE8202TQEEPROM24C02FLASH 32M(bit)SDROM2M*16Bit*4BanksSD/MMC CORDUSB PORTSD/USD DETMCUSTM8AudioKEY/RCA/DTFT DRIVERDPS286TOPPOLY 3.5“ DIGITAL TFTSPIA/DDISC IN/OUT/DETDISCPWMAM/FM TUNER MODULCF111LVD-138MRDS DECORDTDA7478ANTVOL/EQTDA7419VIDEO SWITCHFMS6502MP3-LINKINAUDIOVIDEO/INVIDEO AMP.LINE OUTVIDEO-OUT1VIDEO-OUT2FL-OUTFR-OUTRL-OUTRR-OUTPOWERTDA7388FLFRRLRRPOWERSUPPLYMP158414.4V+5VSD-2.5VUSB-3.5VSD+USB-2.0VBT MCS(MB0502)GPS MODULE12C12CNJM4556SUB-WOOFERNJM4556AudioAudioAudioSUB-WOFFER-OUTMAIN BOARDSK BOARDKEY BOARDJ504J502J506J201J107J109J102J306J303J202J501SD BOARDDVD BOARD WIRING DIAGRAM4-15-1 5-1DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONSDismantling of the car audio system and the front panel 1)Press to open the panel, then push the right side panel toward the left side to disengage it from the chassis.2)Remove 2 screw A as indicated. 3)Remove the top and bottom lid as showin in the picture below with the help of a flat head screw driver.4)Remove 4 screws B and 4 screws C as indicated.5)Remove 4 screws E as indicated to loosen the main board.
