Test Mode5-1 Setting method of the Test ModeThe oscillation diagnosis(existence of oscillation and mea-surement of period) of a sub clock is performed before thetest mode is entered. If the diagnosis result is OK, the sys-tem enters the test mode.If the diagnosis result is NG, the oscillation of the sub clockis diagnosed again. If the result is OK, the system entersthe test mode.
