TurnontheSP2XandfollowtheproceduretoentertheBootBlock. 4. PresstheEnterbuttontoselect“uOS” 5. Thesegmentshows“uOS”.StartplayingtheMIDIfilefromthesequencer.Whileafileis loading,thebottomlineofthedisplayshowstheprogress.Ifthedisplaycontinuestoshow afterstartingthesequencer,stopandrestartthesequence. 6. Afterthefileisloaded,thedisplaywillshow“oK”. 7. Ifyouhaveadditionalfilestoload,openthefilefromthesequencerandbeginplayingit. 8. Usingthesequencerprogram,openthefirst.MIDfile. 3. TurnontheSP2XandfollowtheproceduretoentertheBootBlock. 4. PresstheEnterbuttontoselect. 6. Thesegmentshows.Startplaying theMIDIfilefromthesequencer. Whileafileisloading,thebottomlineofthedisplayshowstheprogress.Ifthedisplay continuestoshow afterstartingthesequencer,stopandrestartthe sequence. 7. Afterthefileisloaded,theunitwillreset. Removetopassemblyandsetitsafelyaside. Removing the Battery Thebattery(CR2032)intheSP2XismountedintoaholderontheEngineBoardandis accessiblewhentheaccesspanelisremoved. 1. Insertaflatplastictool(plasticknife,pencap,etc.)intooneoftheopeningsbetweenthe batteryandtheholdertoliftthebattery. BlankDisplayCorrectKeynameandleftdecimalpointCorrectlyKeynameandleftand centerdecimalpoints Ifthecorrectkeynameandonlythecenterdecimalpointlights,thenthereisadefectassociated withthefirstswitch.Ifall3decimalpointslight,theneithermorethanonekeyisprocessingat onceorthereisashortcircuitintheconnectingorontheconnector.
