Picture lube 2nd anode voltage can be measured from the 2nd anode connector and should be taken only with a high voltage instrument such as a kilovoltmeter or other meter with a high voltage probe. 2nd anode voltage for 21W1. 21Z1 and 21Z1A chassis is approxi- mately 14.5 KV.
