Critical Components InformationComponents having special characteristics are marked sand must be replaced with parts having specifications equalto those originally installed.2. Leakage Current Measurement (For 120V Models Only)When service has been completed, it is imperative to verifythat all exposed conductive surfaces are properly insulatedfrom supply circuits.GMeter impedance should be equivalent to 1500 ohmsshunted by 0.15F.GLeakage current must not exceed 0.5mA.GBe sure to test for leakage with the AC plug in both polarities. The P.C.B.s installed in this unit are soldered using the following solder.About Lead Free SolderAmong some types of lead free solder currently available, it is recommended to use one of the following types for the repairwork. Sn + Ag + Cu (tin + silver + copper) Sn + Cu (tin + copper) Sn + Zn + Bi (tin + zinc + bismuth)Caution:1. As the melting point temperature of the lead free solder is about 30C to 40C (50F to 70F) higher than that of the lead solder, be sureto use a soldering iron suitable to each solder.2. If lead solder must be used, be sure to remove lead free solder from each terminal section of the parts to be replaced and from the areaaround it completely before soldering, or make sure that the lead free solder and lead solder melt together fully.SIDE ASIDE BDSP P.C.B.Lead SolderLead Free SolderFUNCTION P.C.B.Lead Free SolderOPERATION P.C.B.Lead Free SolderMAIN P.C.B.Lead Free SolderPOWER P.C.B.Lead Free SolderSUBTRANS P.C.B.Lead Free SolderDAB P.C.B.Lead Free SolderSide ASide BSMT REFLOW ProcessMI FLOW ProcessSolder DipRadioFans.CN 收音机爱 好者资料库RX-V100D3RX-V100DI FRONT PANELB modelI REAR PANELSG modelB modelRX-V100D4RX-V100DI REMOTE CONTROL PANELRAV3065RX-V100DI SPECIFICATIONSI Audio SectionMinimum RMS Output Power (Power Amp.
