Critical Components InformationComponents having special characteristics are marked sand must be replaced with parts having specifications equalto those originally installed.2. Leakage Current Measurement (For 120V Models Only)When service has been completed, it is imperative to verifythat all exposed conductive surfaces are properly insulatedfrom supply circuits.GMeter impedance should be equivalent to 1500 ohms shuntedby 0.15F.GLeakage current must not exceed 0.5mA.GBe sure to test for leakage with the AC plug in both polarities. All of the P.C.B.s installed in this unit and solder joints aresoldered using the lead free solder.Among some types of lead free solder currently available,it is recommended to use one of the following types for therepair work.Sn + Ag + Cu (tin + silver + copper)Sn + Cu (tin + copper)Sn + Zn + Bi (tin + zinc + bismuth)Caution:As the melting point temperature of the lead free solder isabout 30C to 40C (50F to 70F) higher than that of the leadsolder, be sure to use a soldering iron suitable to each solder.About lead free solder / 無鉛I TO SERVICE PERSONNELRadioFans.CN 收音机爱 好者资料库3A-S2000A-S2000I REAR PANELSA-S2000 (U, C models)A-S2000 (R model)A-S2000 (T model)4A-S2000A-S2000A-S2000 (B model)A-S2000 (K model)A-S2000 (A model)5A-S2000A-S2000A-S2000 (G model)A-S2000 (L model)A-S2000 (J model)6A-S2000A-S2000I REMOTE CONTROL PANELSRAS21(U, C, R, T, A, B, G, L models)RAS22(K, J models)7A-S2000A-S2000I Audio Section / 部Minimum RMS Output Power (Power Amp. Be sure to take safety mea-sures during servicing, such as wearing insulatinggloves.Note that positions indicated below are dangerous evenafter the power is turned off because an electric chargeremains and a high voltage continues to exist there. Before starting any repair work, perform discharge byconnecting a discharge resistor (5k-ohms/10W) be-tween terminals at following positions. The time re-quired for discharging is about 30 seconds.1. C308 on MAIN (3) P.C.B.2. C309 on MAIN (3) P.C.B.3. C335 on MAIN (3) P.C.B.4.
