Changing the Infrared (IR) Level (e.g. for two SAT Receivers) - Select the infrared level 1 or 2 in the special menu using the remote control buttons 3?4. - Store with OK or terminate with TXT. 3. Security (parental lock) Entering the code: (blue menu background) - Activate Security in the special menu and enter the code number. Confirm with OK. Cancelling the code: (red menu background) - Activate Security in the special menu and enter the known code number. Confirm with OK. If the code number is not known it can be cancelled by pressing the buttons 3?4?2?1 in this order. 4. Modulator - Following the menu guide it is possible to set the channel of the modulator in the special menu to 21.60 using the buttons 3?4. - Store with OK or terminate with TXT. 5. Volume Level Limiting - With the special menu it is possible to match the volume level of the SAT receiver (TV Scart) to that of your television receiver using the 3?4 buttons (031). - Store with OK or terminate with TXT. 6. Display Brightness - With the special menu it is possible to change the display brightness (1.38) with the buttons 3?4. - Store with OK or terminate with TXT. 7. Software Version - The software version of the OTP or mask processor is indicated under this item of the special menu. 8. Checking the Peri Switching Voltages - The Peri button on the remote control handset allows to call up the respective video signal source on the TV socket. The Peri button switches over the AV switching voltages. A1 = Decoder, A2 = VCR, SAT-TV. 9. Data Link Transfer For programming the same channel table on several STR receivers. - Connect both receivers with a Cinch cable to the remote socket. - Switch the Master receiver to Programme mode (no menu dis- played). Depress the OK button for 5sec. The indication Send is displayed on the screen during the programme data is transferred. On the Slave receiver, the display shows Receive during the data transfer. On successful completion of the programming both receivers switch to Programme mode. If the data transfer was not successful, the indication Error appears on the display. Repeat. 10. Entering the Programme Data via a PC For changing the programme data individually. - Connect the Programme Manager PMS 1 with the remote socket of the SAT receiver using a Cinch cable. The PC can transfer now the desired channel allocation via the I2C- bus of the receiver. H/V, 22kHz Band Lo/Hi, DiSEqC Spiegel a/b 2 SKEW/22kHz:14/18V Band Lo/Hi, 22kHz Spiegel a/b, SKEW Pol. H/V 3 SKEW/DiSEqC: 14/18V Band Lo/Hi, DiSEqC a/b, SKEW Pol. H/V - Mit OK speichern oder mit TXT abbrechen. 2. Infrarot (IR)-Ebene umstellen (z.B. bei zwei SAT-Receiver) - Mit den Fernbedientasten 3?4?die SAT-Ebene 1 oder 2 im Sonder- men auswhlen. - Mit OK speichern oder mit TXT abbrechen. 3. Security (Kindersicherung) Eingabe: (Menhintergrund blau) - Im Sondermen die Zeile Security aktivieren und Codezahl einge- ben und mit OK besttigen. Lschen: (Menhintergrund rot) - Im Sondermen die Zeile Security aktivieren, bekannte Codezahl eingeben und mit OK besttigen. Bei unbekannter Codezahl hebt die Tastenfolge 3?4?2?1 die Sperre auf. 4. Modulator - ber die Menfhrung knnen Sie im Sondermen mit den Tasten 3?4?den Kanal des Modulators von 2160 einstellen. - Mit OK speichern oder mit TXT abbrechen. 5. Lautstrkebegrenzung (Volume) - Im Sondermen knnen sie mit den Tasten 3?4?die Lautstrke des SAT-Receivers (TV Scart) an Ihr Fernsehgert anpassen (031). - Mit OK speichern oder mit TXT abbrechen. 6. Display Helligkeit - Im Sondermen knnen sie mit den Tasten 3?4?die Helligkeit der Gerte-Anzeige einstellen (138). - Mit OK speichern oder mit TXT abbrechen. 7. Software-Version - Im Sondermen wird in dieser Zeile die Software-Version des OTP- bzw. Maskenprozessors angezeigt. 8. berprfung der Peri-Schaltspannungen - Mit der Peri-Taste der Fernbedienung knnen Sie die jeweilige Video-Signalquelle an der TV-Buchse abrufen.
